Finding your Work Orders quickly and effectively

A guide on how to sort and filter through the Work Orders that are assigned to you!

You can easily sort through the Work Orders that are assigned to you by utilizing the Quick Search feature. You can go to:

  • Dashboard -> Work Orders

  • My Profile -> Work Orders

You can type in terms like "Current" or "Los Angeles" and the Work Order results will update accordingly.

Filter options

You now have the ability to sort and filter specific columns ascending and descending. If the column header has any arrow icons next to the column name, you can use those filters!

Caveats:

  • You can only use the ascending and descending feature on one column at a time. (Don't worry you can still use the quick search in tandem with this feature!)

  • You cannot save your filters and search terms if you move away from the Work Orders page.

  • You cannot add additional columns to this page. These are the only sortable fields that are available at this time.
